Why use Cupramine?
Cupramine is superior to copper chloride, sulfate, and citrate: it is non-acidic, less toxic to fish, remains in solution, and does not contaminate the filter bed. It is highly effective against Ich, Velvet, and many other external parasites.
Advanced Copper Treatment
Cupramine is a buffered active copper that is safe for fish but lethal to parasites. It is easily removed with carbon or Seachem CupriSorb. It is the only copper product that can be used in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
Safety Tips
- CRITICAL: Do not use with any other medications or dechlorinators.
- Not safe for invertebrates (shrimp, snails, etc.) or plants.
- Use 1mL per 10.5 gallons (40L) on day 1, then repeat on day 3.
